The Germantown 4th of July Festivities are well known to be one of the finest small town celebrations in Wisconsin. The day-long activities include the Germantown Community Parade, a giant picnic in Firemen’s Park and the famous community fireworks display, the best one in Southeastern Wisconsin. All events are planned and hosted by the Germantown Kiwanis Club.
The 2018 4th of July Parade started at the Germantown Post Office at Francese Drive at about noon on the 4th; then proceeded north turning left onto Hwy 145 up to Main Street, left on Main Street to Park Avenue and then followed Park Avenue north up to Firemen’s Park. By the end of the 4th of July Parade there were food and beverages ready in the park for the parched and hungry onlookers.
The Germantown 4th of July Parade, festivities in Fireman’s Park and the incredible Germantown Fireworks are all coordinated by the Germantown Kiwanis Club with the help of interested organizations and businesses in the Germantown community. See some of your Germantown sponsors below.
