A Taste of Germantown vendor information
Kiwanis of Germantown and our premier sponsor Bank Five Nine would like to extend the opportunity for you to
participate in the 12th Annual A Taste of Germantown on Thursday, July 24, 5PM – 9PM at Firemen’s’ Park in
Germantown.
This event brings thousands of visitors from Germantown and surrounding communities who enjoy offerings from local restaurants, food trucks, musicians, artisan food vendors, Germantown Park & Rec programs, and our beautiful Firemen’s Park facilities.
If you are interested in being a vendor at A Taste of Germantown 2025 please see the requirements below. All items must be completed before we can reserve your space.
Checklist:
_____ Completed Food Vendor License application (Village of Germantown)
_____Completed application for Taste of Germantown (see page 3)
_____ Check (made out to Kiwanis) to reserve space*
_____ Certificate of Insurance provided to Kiwanis (sent to email or PO box below)
_____ Completed S-240 form provided to Kiwanis
_____ Copy of Temporary Food License (sent to email or PO box below)
_____ List of Menu items you will offer at the event (sent to email or PO box below)
