Germantown Community Blood Drive

The Germantown Community Blood Drive sponsored by the Kiwanis Club will be held at the American Legion Post 1 Events Hall this month. They have generously made their facility available for the Kiwanis Blood Drive for the first Monday in March, May, July (this event will be held on June 27 because of 4th of July Celebration), September  and December this year.  The November Blood Drive will be held on October 31 at the American Legion. The Blood Center of Wisconsin told the Germantown Kiwanis Club that its significant effort has produced the best drives they facilitated in 2022. We look forward to 2022 as this activity reaches more Germantown citizens.

It is important to make an appointment when donating blood. Donors who set up an appointment ahead of time will be served first by the crew of the Blood Center of Wisconsin. They can have you in-and-out in 20 minutes to a half hour. Walk-in donors are also appreciated, but if you are on a tight time schedule it may not be as convenient for you. It takes less time if you are a regular donor because there is less paperwork that is required.
