Kiwanis Club’s Blood Drive

The Kiwanis Club’s Blood Drive will be held at the Germantown Library this month on August 7, 2023. They have generously made their facility available for the Kiwanis Blood Drive for the first Monday in August, October and December.

The Blood Center of Wisconsin told the Germantown Kiwanis Club that its significant effort has produced the best drives they facilitated in 2022. We look forward to 2023 as news of this program reaches more Germantown citizens.

It can be important to make an appointment when donating blood. Donors who set up an appointment ahead of time will be served first by the crew of the Blood Center of Wisconsin. They can have you in-and-out in 20 minutes to a half hour. Walk-in donors are also appreciated, but if you are on a tight time schedule it may not be as convenient for you. It takes less time if you are a regular donor because there is less paperwork that is required.
